Cooking
Mix the two flours, add salt. Water soluble turmeric ( I took it very very small, so not very yellow make dough! ). Knead the dough as for dumplings. Roll out thinly the dough.
Avocado peel and cut into small cubes. Cut the fish. Mix all.
Teaspoon put the filling on the strip as in the photo. Coat the edges with water to ensure the edges are well stuck together during the cooking process didn't melt down.
