Chicken in curry sauce
Easy and quick recipe of chicken in explanation of Indian cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Curry

    4 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Onions should be cleaned, cut small cubes and fry with chopped garlic and curry powder in vegetable oil until transparent onions. Instead of prepared curry powder to make a spice mixture by, for example: 1 tsp red hot pepper + 3/4 tsp. ground ginger + 1/2 tsp ground coriander + 1/2 tsp ground cumin + 2 grains cardamom + 2-3 cloves + a piece of cinnamon.
