Fruit jelly with fresh apples and cherries
One of the most simple and elegant treats — fruit jelly, a favorite of many since childhood. Prepared quickly, but what a taste! Cook and enjoy the delightful coolness of this delicious dessert!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cherry

    15 piece

  • Mint

    6 piece

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Water

    500 g

  • Wine white sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Clean the Apple peel, cut into small pieces.

Boil water with sugar,

Squeeze of lemon 3-4 tbsp of juice.

Add the syrup 3-4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp wine, and leave to cook apples on low heat ~ 5 min. If you add jelly, lemon juice and wine, then the taste will be more intense. If you prepare the kids, wine eliminate!!!

Remove the Apple slices from the bowl and remove syrup from heat. In the prepared tins put a layer of apples.

From the cherries, remove the bone,

And place another layer. The molds I have 300 ml.

Pre-soaked gelatin in cold boiled water (1:6), mix with the cooled syrup.

Fill the ramekins with the mixture, add the mint leaves and refrigerate. Cure time 1.5-2 hours.

Get the moulds out of the fridge, dipped for a few seconds in hot water and flip onto a plate. And you can eat without turning. You can pour the cooled berry syrup or to add pieces of this jelly into the ice cream. Bon appetit!
