Rice - the basis of this dessert. Therefore, special attention to him. I chose the cultivar "Italica" white round grain from "Mistral". It is ideal for desserts. Measure out the desired amount of rice and wash it well.

Pour the rice milk in a small saucepan, add the vanilla and 2 tbsp sugar. Bring to a boil, diminish the heat to minimum, cover saucepan with a lid and cook for 30-40 minutes.

Ready porridge mix up and completely cooled.

Whisk the cream into a thick foam, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Separately resistant foam whisk protein.

Gently stir chilled rice protein and whipped cream. Mass gains lightness and porosity.

Pour any syrup, or decorate with chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
