Raspberry ripple jam
My child is a big fan of fruit ice cream. Many different options were prepared fruit ice cream, but the jam was cooking for the first time. We are very pleased, it was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Jam

    450 g

  • Citric acid

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    750 ml

  • Fruit puree

    100 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix in tomato sauce TM "Maheev" raspberry (You can use any jam of Your favorite flavor) with water and citric acid. The number of jams You can vary according to your taste. Put on fire and bring to boil.

The resulting compote to drain.

To cast half a Cup of the warm compote in a glass and mix with starch.

The rest of the compote, put on fire, bring to a boil, add the mixture with starch, mix and switch off. Add applesauce (from baby food) and cool.

The cooled pudding put in the freezer. Every half hour take out and stir our mass until it hardens. Put the finished ice cream to paper cups and treat.
