Dough recipe found on the Internet. Without photographs. Dared to experiment on myself and it worked), and most importantly delicious! The most successful and fast and is suitable for sweet and savoury baking.

Cooking
Melt butter and mix with milk (should not be hot!), add the yeast.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a separate bowl and add to mixture (2/3 Cup for sweeter dough, I took 1/3)
Add flour, gradually powdering.
Knead the dough until, until it becomes homogeneous and no longer behind the walls of the bowl. Remove for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Toppings of course can use different. I made a 1 beginning - fried cabbage with egg and butter, 2 -early - chicken (2 legs) with mushrooms (aspen mushrooms), onions, sour cream and chicken broth. After the dough was ready (constantly in the fridge). Proceed to baking.
Roll out the dough to 5 mm and so, that would be enough for the mold wall. The same sheet in order to cover the filling. Leave for 20-30 minutes, until the dough came.
Grease with a yolk and sent in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees. Time about 20 minutes. But still everything depends on the oven. Check the readiness with a toothpick) this is what should happen.
The dough is very soft, fluffy and delicious. Here is the chicken with mushrooms.
Well, it is a cabbage :) Not as rosy as the first, but still very tasty! Home appreciated.
