Tomato pie with potato and cheese filling
Offer you a recipe of delicious eateries tomato pies from the dough. This dough is combined with potato and cheese filling. In addition, due to the tomato in the dough pies are a beautiful Golden color. You can take them with me on a picnic.

To prepare the tomato test you first need to squeeze the juice from the tomato. For a given amount of juice it took me 2 tomatoes of medium size. Cut the tomatoes into, to punch in a blender and RUB through a fine sieve or use a juicer.

The dough I kneaded in x/n. For this purpose the Cup x/p pour tomato juice, salt, add sugar and oil, add the flour and yeast. Put the dough in 1.5 hours it will be ready very gentle, airy dough. If there is no x/p then you can knead the dough yourself. To do this in a bowl pour tomato juice, add salt and sugar, pour in the oil, in small portions add the flour along with the yeast. Knead a smooth dough not stick to hands. The dough should not be steep, so add flour only after the first portion of flour is fully "absorbed" into the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and put in warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.

For the filling, peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain excess water and turn the potatoes into a puree. Add the butter and grated on a fine grater cheese. Mix well and allow to cool.

Put the pies on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Grease pies with a mixture of beaten eggs with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 200 gr. the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm. Bon appetit!
