Incredible tender, melting in the mouth pastry, salty cheese filling... well, very tasty

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Oil corn

    100 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Baking powder

    20 g

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Feta

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

Cooking

Whisk milk, corn oil, margarine, room temperature, egg, and salt.

After all the ingredients are mixed, add gradually the flour, kneading the dough.

Add the baking powder. Knead plastic, nucleases hands, soft dough.

For the filling, mix all the ingredients under "Filling".

Divide the dough into pieces the size of which depends on your preferences. If the size of the pies is great - it is tiropita, miniature version called tiropitakia. Bake at 180 for about 30 minutes, on top of pre-tiropita grease or yolk, or milk.
