Cooking
The serum is slightly warmed. Dissolve the yeast in the serum.
Proteins separated from the yolks. Proteins put into the refrigerator, they want the same. Yolks beat slightly.
Serum with yeast to pour into the yolks, stir and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
When on the surface of the egg-yeast mixture appears bubbly, add the melted butter, mix well.
Add to the dough raisins, sugar, liqueur, mix well. Sifted flour, add gradually.
The batter should be not thick, will stick to the hands. It's not terrible, a lot of do not add flour, then the dough will be more tender and porous. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for an hour.
Fill the test form for the cake in half. And leave for proofing for another 10 minutes. Put the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes, be guided by your oven. Readiness check with a toothpick.
I made a mistake and put in shape a lot of dough, it tried to escape from the mold! :) So from the specified number of test I did one large cake and one small!
For the glaze: mix one protein with powdered sugar. I made several cakes, so proteins that I have left, went into business. Finished cakes are decorate with frosting and candy sprinkles
