Chicken salad, rice and cranberries
Offer you rich taste, fragrant salad of chicken, mixed rice, dried cranberries, apples and hazelnuts. Thanks MAGGI® On the second tender chicken breast fillet, garlic and herbs dish is more original taste. Recipe from the beloved Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Wild rice

    60 g

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

Take dried cranberries, add to it the grated orange zest and fresh orange juice. Set aside to infuse.

Boil wild rice or mixture of rice according to the instructions. Convenient to use the rice bags for the preparation of salads. Grind the hazelnuts in a mortar, add to the finished rice.

For cooking chicken for salad, take the seasoning MAGGI® On the second tender chicken breast fillet, garlic and herbs. In this seasoning 4 leaf with spices, soaked with oil, so stir-frying without much oil. We will need 1 sheet for the specified number of fillets.

Repel the chicken breast up to 1,5-2 cm, put on a half sheet for frying.

Cover with the second half of the sheet. Presses the breast between sheets by hand.
