Leeks with lamb
Again acquaint you with dishes of Oriental cuisine, the recipe is very easy to prepare from available products and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    400 g

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 can

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fry the diced meat and add the onion, cut into rings, leeks (the green part do not use). Fry all together for 5 minutes, pour half Cup of water, simmer until the meat is cooked.

Fry the onions until Golden brown along with the tomatoes.

To combine roasted tomatoes with meat and leek, saute about 20 minutes, add salt and bring to the table.

In Turkish the dish is served without a garnish, and I love boiled potatoes, already in the Russian style work.
