Bean pate with mushrooms and celery
Interesting, in my opinion the combination of white beans, mushrooms, fresh celery salt and a pickle! A great sandwich spread for any occasion. Beans and mushrooms are sources of vegetable protein which is so necessary during Lent, and fresh celery contains a lot of vitamins. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion until transparent. I use sunflower oil "Oleyna". Then add the chopped as finely fresh mushrooms. I really at this time, oyster mushrooms. Cook until the liquid evaporates from mushrooms.

Add to beans sauteed mushrooms with onions, random chopped celery and pickles. Run 5 minutes at high speed to puree.

Add allspice, crushed or chopped clove of garlic and if you want salt, it all depends on the pickle. Knock again a couple of minutes.
