This appetizer for lovers of crunch homemade chips. But the chips are not simple, and gold! Or rather gold.. because they are made out of corn!

Cooking
Cook cornmeal: in a saucepan boil water with salt. In boiling water pour cereal and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes (or as indicated on the package).
As soon as the grits absorb all the water and will begin to fall from the walls of the saucepan-it's ready. Remove the saucepan from heat, add pepper, garlic powder, parsley and sunflower oil TM Oleina.
On a baking tray lined with parchment, lay out a corn porridge and level (layer thickness about 1 cm). Leave this mind porridge to cool down.
Cooled down, corn porridge froze, allowing me to slice it into sticks resembling French fries.
In a deep pan heat oil for deep frying. I poured the oil so much that it would corn sticks were immersed almost completely. before you fry the sticks, I roasted a small bunch of greens. Greens fries is also very delicious! :) Using it as a tasty addition.
Fry sticks on both sides until desired crunch and it will turn brown. Spread on paper towel and sprinkle with salt to taste.
