Treat yourself and loved ones the French dessert clafoutis, which can be prepared with different fruits or berries.

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Drain

    340 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Powdered sugar

Clean the plums from the bones and cut into pieces. Then grease a baking dish, sprinkle two tablespoons of sugar and gently lay the plum. Sprinkle them with two tablespoons of sugar.

Now to prepare the dough. Mix the eggs with the sugar, they sift the flour and pour in the milk. Stir until smooth. The dough should be liquid, as for pancakes. Pour over the plums. Put the form in the oven preheated to 170 degrees.

Clafoutis is cooked for about an hour. To test for readiness, pierce it with a toothpick. If it remains dry, clafoutis is ready.
