Apple crumble with cream of cashew nuts and marmalade
This vegetarian version of crumble. Correct me if it is not. :)

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cashews

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples to clear, cut serdtsevinka.

Chop the apples in small cubes, mix with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Mix in food processor the flour, half Cup of cashew nuts, 4 tbsp sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, zest and lime juice. Grind. Pour in vegetable oil and RUB it into flour mixture until crumbs are made. Protiven cover with baking paper and lay the crumbs of crumble. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 gr. on the middle shelf of the oven. After 10 minutes remove the baking sheet and divide the pieces of crumble spoon, and return to the baking sheet in the oven for another 5-7 minutes until it will turn brown.

Cashews (1/2 Cup) cover with cold water. Leave for half an hour. Grind in processor, gradually adding 2 tbsp of cold water.

Put in layers in glass cups crumbs crumble and baked apples, the last two layers - the jam and cream from cashews. For this recipe I fit perfectly sugar Mistral Demerara fine.
