Cooking
Pre-soak prunes and figs for a couple of hours. Boil chicken fillet. If you do this in advance, prepare salad will take much less time. So, dried fruit squeeze, cut, mix with walnuts.
Fillet cut into cubes with sides 1 cm.
Now assemble the salad. Put on a plate cooking ring, place the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, grease with mayonnaise, then a layer of dried fruits and nuts, also lubricated with mayonnaise, top with grated cheese. All the salad is ready, serve immediately. I got three such portions. If no ring, it can be collected in a transparent bowl or just on the plate.
