Cooking

step-0
Here is a set of products we try to hide in jars:-)
step-1
First, squeeze the juice of two lemons (if you squeeze the other way, it must be filtered through a fine strainer to remove pulp and seeds).
step-2
While Murzik helps her mother to clean 1 kg of bananas...
step-3
...enter into peace talks with Finch to give the apples:-)
step-4
Peeled bananas cut into slices, put in the bowl of a food processor and immediately pour lemon juice so they don't turn black.
step-5
Bananas, beat until smooth puree. 2 apples peeled and core, cut into slices and pour in banana puree (I didn't think, but it could be done immediately, i.e., whip the bananas and apples together). If there is no harvester, the fruit is cut into smaller pieces and make puree with a fork, kartoflyanki, etc.
step-6
Ready mashed potatoes floating in an enamel pot, add 600 g of sugar, 400 ml water, put on medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and reduce heat to low.
step-7
Cook 30 minutes, stirring regularly, so that the jam does not stick to the bottom and skim off the foam.
step-8
Still boiling jam is poured into clean, dry jars (I have them for greater purity still "I prevarila" in boiling water for 10 minutes). Allow it to cool, close tight cover (I have used the advice on how to keep the jam from the mold, see here http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/35096/ thanks begi) and send in a cool dry place (the refrigerator) for 1 month. In exactly the New year will be ready :-)
step-9
I got 3 bottles of 250 ml, 1 bottle of 330 ml and a little more, something about 150 ml, had to eat :-) It was delicious!
