Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

  • Shrimp

    12 piece

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

  • Sage

    0.5 tsp

  • Tabasco

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Chop the vegetables the cabbage coarsely chop onion and pepper cubes

Clean the seafood you cook rice

In a large frying pan fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes (no more! vegetables should crunch)

Add the seafood another 4-5 minutes fry

now put the rice, parsley, garlic, soy sauce, sage and Tabasco close tightly with a lid and on small fire still in the throes of 4-5 min.
