Cooking
Each family has its own favorite recipe for a sponge cake, You can cook it, but if anyone is interested, then ... egg and 1 Cup sugar to whisk, pour the yogurt and baking soda, beat again, add the flour and again beat until smooth. Gently remove from the mold, allowing to cool slightly and divide with a knife into 2 parts. If someone wants 4 layers, increase the ingredients by half, and before baking divide dough into 2 times or place in a baking half of the dough.
While the cake is cooked, we make the custard. In a saucepan beat egg, add sugar, milk, vanilla and flour. Thoroughly mix and put on low heat, stirring constantly with a spoon or whisk. The cream should thicken, but to boil not to bring. Allow to cool and enter butter (if someone doesn't like too greasy cream, then you can enter 200 grams, and 100, will also be tasty). BUT, oil is introduced only in the cooled mass.
Now prepare the jelly cloud. Gelatin diluted with cold boiled water (1 Cup) and let stand for 40-60 minutes, until dissolved, strain. On a slow fire to heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil.
Now the most interesting. I didn't add the syrup as written on the pack, and freshly squeezed orange juice and a little sugar (2 tablespoons). Put in refrigerator and give a good grab.
Now you can start assembling the cake. Marmelade crush, I did it by hand, or fork, as it is very cold.
Cut cooled cakes and I infused the syrup from canned pineapple, smeared with cream, sprinkled with raisins and nuts and finely cut pieces of pineapple (if you want, you can just use the cream). Cover with the second crust and brush with cream, sprinkle nuts, raisins and pineapple.
