Feta, roasted in the test
A simple and delicious dish of traditional Greek cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Sesame

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

  • Feta

    400 g

Cooking

From flour, water, salt, oil and vinegar and knead the dough. Knead 15 minutes and leave to rest for 15 min.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll out quite thin.

Pieces of sliced feta cheese placed on the dough and wrap.

Fry in oil until Golden brown. Pour honey, sprinkle with sesame seeds, preferably black.
