Salad of kohlrabi with pickled cucumber
Very spicy, moderately spicy, salad with a rich taste of spices. Quick and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

    300 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Dill

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cabbage kohlrabi peel and grate on the Korean grater.

Pickles also grate.

Take the spices from the set for marinating vegetables and mushrooms TM Forester.

Prepare the sauce for salad dressing. In a bowl put the mayonnaise, sour cream, spices, pressed and peeled garlic. Mix well.

Cabbage mixed with cucumber and chopped dill. Dress with sauce and serve.
