Peppers cut in half, remove seeds and stalk, mine.

With the help of a blender was milled vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste, bring the soup to desired consistency by adding boiling water. I've added quite, because now the vegetables are very juicy. Put the pan on a high heat, bring to a boil, add the olive oil, turn off the stove.
