Duck stuffed with cherries
Duck baked with a savory filling. Photos, of course, not really, but it tastes great!

Ingredients

  • Duck

  • Crackers

  • Cherry

  • Sugar

Cooking

Cherries (can be canned) release from the bones and cover with sugar for 1 hour, then the juice to drain, but do not pour out, mix with crackers (to do).

Wash the duck, remove all the innards, season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the cherries and pour juice from cherries,

bake, occasionally basting with juice. Bon appetit.
