Penechki with mushrooms
Very hearty Breakfast. And maybe dinner. Lovers of mushrooms and crab sticks will taste!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Parsley

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soda

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

Cooking

If you have fresh mushrooms (I had oyster mushrooms), then cut them finely and fry in butter with chopped onions. In the course add salt and pepper.

Beat eggs with milk

Add chopped parsley, salt, pepper, a pinch of baking soda

Crab sticks cut into thin strips

To heat the oven, heat a baking sheet and brush with oil. Pour scrambled eggs into pan, on top put crab sticks. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes (a little less fire)

When the omelet is ready, allow to cool a little and warm rolled into a roll (I'm a little stripped-stuck, but it's penechki, not a young tree:-D :-D ). Cut into pieces a La carte.

On a plate put the lettuce (I had Laverda or leek who both calls), on top of the exposed penechki, sprinkle the fried mushrooms (one marinated, then them), pour ketchup and mayonnaise (optional).
