Dessert
I know that cottage cheese on the site a lot and cheese soufflé or baking, but I primarily train in culinary photos, so came up with this dessert on the go to practice after yesterday's recommendations. Very gentle, airy and not high-calorie dessert.

Ingredients

Separate the whites from the yolks, whisk whites into a foam.

Separately whisk 4 egg yolks, 2 protein, a bag of vanilla sugar and cheese until creamy.

Carefully enter the beaten egg whites and baking powder in cottage cheese and slowly stir.

In silicon form on the bottom I poured the mixture of powdered sugar and shaved coconut, and added cottage cheese in cake pan put the remaining cottage cheese.
