Winter dessert
Recipe found in Polish, so the name is not translated. Vitamin and low-calorie dessert!

Ingredients

  • Mandarin

    350 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Yogurt

    3 can

  • Gelatin

    4 Tbsp

PREPARATION: I had a fresh clementines (tangerines) - 2 kg, and I decided to cook this dessert. Peel the fruit and disassemble into slices, add the Cup of sugar and a bit of heat. I this mixture was left overnight for impregnation, as the clementines were sour.

Blender whisk into a homogeneous mass.

Take instant gelatin.

Part of the juice, heated and poured in quick-dissolving gelatin, allow to stand for 15 minutes.

In the fruit mass is added to natural yoghurt.

In mixture with yogurt, add gelatin and mix everything thoroughly.

Pour in molds and put in refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Decorate according to your desire. BON APPETIT!!!=)))
