Salad
Light, almost transparent, fresh, like the kiss of spring salad. Just 3 ingredients plus a flavorful dressing. And tasty and healthy. For the idea thanks to my mom.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

First prepare the dressing for the salad. Mix all these refills ingredients. I have the mustard on its own, not very vigorous, close to Dijon. With this dressing the salad turns out a slightly sweet, if you need more spicy taste, add a little more vinegar and take a vigorous mustard.

Vegetables and fruits are well washed. Young zucchini (I have a large, so I cut lengthwise in half and took half) cut into thin strips with a knife for cleaning of vegetables.

Half a large Apple (preferably red, for contrast) slice very thin slices, onion - half rings. Add to the zucchini.

Pour the salad dressing. The salad easier to do in a wide pan with a lid, in my case the usual plastic container. Close dish thinly sliced vegetables may break while mixing. Leave to marinate salad in the cold for at least 3-4 hours. Sometimes a little shake so that the dressing evenly.
