Spring
Here is a diet food I eat all year round. A great spring soup for those who love healthy and tasty food. Heartily recommend.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    6 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Garlic powder

To boil the kettle or boil 1 Cup of water or broth on the stove. Add all the vegetables to the pan. Add salt and season with pepper and garlic powder. Garlic in flakes or powder adds a magical flavor. I will say, at first cooked this soup for the broth, but water is good too, believe me. Now I cook only on water. Now, the proportions, the broccoli needs to be 1 part 1/2 part 1/2 of the leeks and celery. But this is not important, you can adjust for your taste.

Cover the vegetables with boiling water and put on fire. Boil then simmer on medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Drain the water from the vegetables. Blend with an immersion blender. Water to pour gradually adjusting the thickness. I make a thick soup, it takes me just over half a glass of water.

In the finished soup add the herbs and a little more time to break the blender. Pour into bowls, serve with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt and flax seed.
