Salmon cut into small pieces.
Put the pieces in a bowl, season with salt to taste, pour sauce Kikkoman. Mix well, cover with plate and put into the refrigerator for a few hours. I marinate the salmon in the morning before work with salt and sauce. When I arrived home, the son has already prepared mashed potatoes with milk from potatoes and sweet potatoes with the addition of turmeric and butter.
