Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Greens

    15 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut the meat into steaks of 1.5 cm thick (I have a pig podgorac). For the marinade 2 tablespoons seasonings for pork (I used a mixture of different spices without salt) mixed with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Marinate in a separate bowl the meat for 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes, cut into sectors. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning (I have a "Vegeta with vegetables"), pour 2 table. spoons of vegetable oil, mix well. Leave for 15 minutes

Finely chop the herbs (I used parsley) and cheese (I have 6 slices of cheese - 2 for each piece of meat)

The meat (marinade it is all absorbed) to make indentations to make pockets
