Cooking
Beans have to drain the water and rinse under running water. To the beans add the beets and herring cut into cubes.
Then add the cucumber, potato, onion diced and quinoa. Mix well.
In the end, add the cabbage, season with butter, salt, if needed. Mix well. Before serving, chill in the fridge. Bon appetit!
