Pork loin in soy sauce with
Offer to cook a picnic pork loin with "drunk" pear in soy sauce. Once I saw this recipe in one of the culinary programs. I liked the recipe, I changed it a bit, I share with you. The original recipe was with pineapple, I have "drunk" pear is also delicious!

We will need these ingredients:

Take the pork loin cut it into serving pieces, season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the pork loin slices in a heatproof dish in the bottom of which pour 2st. L. sunflower oil. On top of the slices sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare honey - soy sauce. Finely chop the onions. Preheat a pan 3st. L. sunflower oil and stew the onion until soft. Add remaining brown sugar and make the fire, to the sugar began to melt. Then add a tablespoon of flour and stir.
