Cooking
Wash and soak the prunes.
Meat them in the ground or take ready.
In a pan put the spices, salt and boil the meat. Cooled. Reserve a little broth, about 100 ml.
Prunes grind in a blender (or grinder), in the remaining broth, dilute the gelatin and mix with prunes. Put into the fridge to slightly harden. Minced meat mixed with butter and grind in a blender (or grinder - one, that is). A stationary blender is not very convenient, had to constantly push the meat to the knives, eventually left small pieces of butter, so if possible, better to take the immersion blender - it will be more convenient. And we've got the nuts, they shred, I shredded with a knife, I like it better, and can be even smaller.
Begin to assemble the loaf. First on plastic wrap spread a layer of meat.
Then the prunes. I made a layer about a centimeter (so, you like sweeter).
Carefully turn the rolls and sent in a couple of hours in the fridge to harden (I did it for the whole night). Before serving, decorate with nuts.
