Sauce
Very spicy sauce, good for boiled and baked meat, jelly or aspic.

Ingredients

  • Horseradish

    300 g

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Essence

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Tomatoes, mince.

Purified horseradish roots cut into small pieces.

For a grinder put on a package, fix it with thread or rubber band. Skip the horseradish through a meat grinder.

Combine horseradish with tomatoes, add salt, red pepper, vegetable oil, vinegar.

Mix well.

Spread in a small, sterilized jars. Stored the sauce in the fridge.
