Cooking
For making dough in bread machine: in a glass of warm water with dry milk, add yeast, eggs and mix well. Pour into bread machine container. Add the flour, salt, sugar (4 tbsp) softened margarine (chop with a knife into pieces). Put the bread maker on the dough (I have 1 hour 30 minutes subject to proving test). The dough should be elastic, shiny and soft, but at the same time, does not stick to hands. If it turns out too soft and sticky to the walls in your dough - add a little flour, if too steep - a little water should be added. In the end, the dough has risen I have twice. If kneading by hand: sift the flour and pour into a bowl, add the yeast and stir. Add eggs and margarine. In water to dissolve the dry milk and add to flour, add sugar and salt. Carefully knead the dough until it will not cease to stick to hands. Cover the dough with a damp towel and put in the delay (to come, in a sense) in a warm place for an hour. After lifting the dough to divide it in half and roll out both halves in layers with a thickness of 1 cm.
1 layer of grease with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar (2 tbsp.) and Mac.
2 layer of lubricating oil with melted butter, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sprinkle with raisins and sugar. Then twist the first layer, with the Mac. It took me 20 minutes as gas oven only bottom heating. I even put down a mug iron water, so that the bottom is not burnt, and the top was brown. Serve with tea and honey.
