Cucumber salad and chicken
This salad is well suited when you need to lose 2-3 kg.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cucumber slice along the long thin strips. Chicken meat disassemble the fibers.

Dressing: lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar mix till the sugar is dissolved. Chicken and cucumber to combine, pour over dressing, mix well. I sprinkled the salad with a red chilli pepper. Guests can add few finely chopped mint leaves. Bon appetit!
