Potato balls with ham and cheese
The second year our family on 12 April - a very important holiday (the birthday of our youngest son). So today is my three meals. And the first of them - these amazing potato balls. Very soft inside, with a wonderful flavor and a crispy crust... I usually cook them all the family gatherings. Always in the center of the table! You will not remain indifferent to this nice!

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Cereal bread

    10 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    200 ml

Cut the ham. Typically, such balls I take the ham, slightly prokopchennuju. Cut it into very small cubes. Grind garlic (you can finely chop).

Quickly dip them in the breadcrumbs. Then again dip in egg and again coat in breadcrumbs. Necessarily this process to be done twice!

Now fry in large quantity of sunflower oil, turning occasionally. Balls become a very beautiful and rosy. When well flushed - lay out on a dish. Much oil do not take balls, so dry on a paper towel is not necessary.
