Jelly Krabik
Bright mini-appetizer with crab flavor.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    3 piece

  • Corn

    1 handful

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Salt

  • Beets

    1 piece

Beets grate on a fine grater. (I had poached)

Of beet juice.

Soak gelatine in water. Leave to swell, then send in the microwave on full power for 20 seconds until it is completely dissolved.

Crab sticks to grate.

Combine the beet juice with crab sticks and gelatinous mass. (I even added a little "juice" "pickle" - don't even know how to call it=))) out of canned corn) Potseluem.

In silicone molds put kernels of corn (2-3 things in each). Pour the resulting mixture. Put into the fridge until firm.

Then carefully squeezing them into a bowl.
