Chocolate muffins with zucchini
The recipe is quite unusual, a neighborhood of cocoa and zucchini!? Initially, this may seem crazy, but actually the result is stunning! Preparing cupcakes is very easy! They are so fragrant! So powdery! It is difficult to convey in words! We strongly recommend you to try them!

Clean the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater. Liberally sprinkle with salt and leave for a while to let the juice (excess moisture we do not need it).

Distribute the dough over the cups and put them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 27-35 minutes. Bake until dry sticks. Now a few words about the baking molds: cakes are very loose and very crumbly! Try to take the most simple shape without internal pattern and ornament on the walls.
