Lemon strudel with cottage cheese filling
Classic Swiss roll with low-fat curd. Surprisingly tasty!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon peel

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the eggs with the sugar and put in a water bath, and beat with a mixer.

Wet a kitchen towel, put a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar, place a hot cake, spread with filling and wrap hot. Bon appetit!
