Pie
Very tender and tasty cherry pie and baked jelly filling.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Jelly

    50 g

  • Cherry

    1 cup

Cooking

Butter grind 2 cups of flour and 100 g of sugar into crumbs.

Beat eggs with vanilla.

Beaten eggs mix with sugar-butter crumbs, and 0.5 cups of flour.

Put the dough in a greased form, making bumpers.

Put the cherries or any fresh berries or fruit (I was stoned sour cherry jam, slightly flushed from the syrup).

For the jelly: sour cream pound with 150 g of sugar, add the grated chocolate, powdered jelly (I had strawberry), egg yolks, and pre-soaked in a little cold boiled water and dissolved gelatin. All mix and beat with a mixer.

This put a lot on berries and levelling.

Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
