Delicious, juicy, light salad of available products.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage Chinese

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Coriander

    0.4 tsp

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Green olives

    1 can

Cooking

Drain excess liquid from the peas, the olives cut into rings

Cucumbers cut into dice, to chop the cabbage fairly finely

Add spices, chopped dill and cheese cut into small cubes

Season the salad with oil and mix thoroughly. Who needs a special piquancy, add a clove of garlic put through a press about.
