Banosh Hutsul
I love to travel. Was in the Carpathians. In the heart of the Hutsul region. Imagine - a village in the mountains, the difference between the streets up to 800 meters. And all around - BEAUTIFUL!!! Very hospitable people. And this recipe brought back.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    800 ml

  • Corn grits

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Cream bring to a boil. A pinch of sugar and salt. With salt not to overdo it, to take into account that the cheese is quite salty.

Pour in cream in a thin stream (the principle of cooking monkey) corn grits. Cereal should be finely ground (slightly larger monkey). Tried to show in the pictures. I love Hungarian cereals.

Stirring constantly cook until thick (again, the principle of the monkey) on a small fire. If necessary, you can add a little bit of water. Approximate cooking time 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add a pinch of nutmeg and SL. oil, cover with a lid.

Bacon cut into strips and fry in a skillet. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Spread wheat on a plate, add fried bacon and cheese. It's delicious. Help yourself.
