It has always been a dish I called "Stuffed vegetables". But recently in the book "Armenian cuisine" has seen that it has such a name. Now call so, though prepared differently.

Cooking
Vegetables a good wash. You should take small. Boil the rice until soft.
Pepper to clear of seravince. Rinse seeds. Tomatoes and eggplant "gut" trying not to damage the skin. It is very simple - cut "ass", poke the flesh with a knife and pull out a tea spoon.
Onions small to cut and fry until Golden brown. In the frying pan with onion put chopped tomatoes and eggplant. Fry, stirring occasionally, until half the liquid evaporates. Minced meat mix with fried rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the hollow vegetables with the received forcemeat. Put the cauldron in the following order: on the bottom - eggplant on them - pepper, and top with tomatoes.
Pour tomato juice, cover tightly with a lid and simmer on medium heat until tender - about 20-25 minutes.
Very tasty with sour cream or with garlic yogurt or mushroom sauce. And you can just pour the liquid in which everything is extinguished.
