Nut cake
Air nut-cream cake.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Potato starch

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Instant coffee

    50 g

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Milk

  • Dark chocolate

To start, turn on the oven to heat up to 140-150 degrees. The form is better to take a split (I have a diameter of 27 cm), well grease and sprinkle crumbs (if there are no crackers, no cookies, good semolina or milled Hercules). Nuts ground (can be pre-lightly fried, the flavor will be brighter). Separate eggs into yolks and whites, set the whites aside in the refrigerator. Beat the yolks with sugar until creamy, mix in ground nuts, coffee and starch.

Pour the batter into shape and bake at 140-150 degrees. 1 hour. Readiness check with a toothpick. To give the cake to cool, remove from the mold, cut into 2 layers.

Whip the cream with the icing sugar, add dissolved in alcohol vanilla, a little more whisking. To coat cakes with cream, collect the cake, sides and top also to cover with cream, top with the spatula.

The chocolate to melt with the addition of a small amount of milk (1-2 tablespoons), warm to pour on the cake in concentric circles with a toothpick to make a pattern. You can eat immediately, but better at night to leave in the fridge.
