The mushrooms thoroughly washed, cut into slices. Onions clear, finely chop.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Mushrooms fry in the pan. Fry the onion, too, separately from fungi. Boil potatoes and grate on a grater. Eggs on to boil and finely chop.
Lay on a dish in layers in this order: Mushrooms
Bow
Potatoes
Spread mayonnaise
Eggs
Eggs to grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
