Pangasius fillets in batter
Buy only recently that fish. Delicious, tender, juicy. I recommend everyone to prepare it in the batter.

Ingredients

  • Pangasius

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pangasius fillets to defrost, wash and slightly dry on the Board

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Cut into portions

To prepare the batter. 1 egg split in a bowl

Add 1 Cup water and a pinch of salt

Add a little flour

Make the dough the consistency of thick cream

Each piece of fish dipped in the same batter

And spread on a hot pan drizzled with vegetable oil.
