Cooking

step-0
To start, prepare the custard. Egg mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and starch. Milk heat until boiling and pour while stirring the egg mixture
step-1
Boil, carefully vymeshivaem, until thick. Cool completely cream (so the cream does not form a crust, cover it with foil)
step-2
To cottage cheese add egg
step-3
Same here, add 100 g of custard (the rest of the cream will remain for filing). Well grind everything in a blender
step-4
Add to the dough for pudding sugar (my brown sugar from the Mistral Demerara). It will give a slightly caramel taste.
step-5
Same here sift flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder, mix all
step-6
Bake the pudding in one form or La carte. I did a La carte. Ceramic molds grease with butter. Put on the bottom of the berries (I have frozen black currants), sprinkle the berries with sugar (about 2 tsp in each mold). On top of the berries, pour the batter. Pour not reaching 0.5 cm to the brim. Puddings baked a little rise, but then will settle
step-7
Place the pudding in a COLD oven. A baked pudding to a gentle and thoroughly, you need to bake it first at low temperature (130-140 degrees) for about 40 minutes. And then you need to increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bring the puddings until Golden brown
step-8
The finished puddings serve with the remaining custard.
