Quick biscuits with jam
Delicious! A recipe from a very old newspaper. Prepare infrequently, but regularly. Try it :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Jam

    250 ml

Cooking

To softened butter add eggs and sugar.

Fall asleep sifted flour and knead the dough

Divide into 2 pieces for two cakes

Roll out first crust and carefully place on a baking sheet, greased. You can just roll out and continue straight on the baking sheet (the dough is a little sticky, but it should be)
