Apple pie with cheese and poppy seeds

Ingredients

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    280 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Mac

    200 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Vanilla

  • Apple

    6 piece

For the dough: the dough is Made, yeast was dry. Mix products to the test.

Cover and leave for 45 minutes.

For poppy-seed filling. Boil the milk with butter,

Mix in the semolina and leave for 5 minutes.

Add the sugar, ground poppy seeds, mix well.

For cottage cheese filling. Mix the egg yolks, butter (melted), sugar and vanilla.

Mix in milk, cheese, starch, zest and lemon juice

And washed and dried raisins.

Knead the dough, roll out and put on a baking sheet (if you are going to do in the form of at least 30 cm) with baking paper. Leave for another 15 minutes.

Spread on the pastry poppy filling

And then cottage cheese.

Clean the apples and cut into wedges. Cover the dough with slices of apples and lightly press them.

Bake until ready. Was baked more than an hour (I had to take the form of more or baking sheet in the oven) at 170-180*C.

Lubricate the still warm cake with liquid butter.
